NT government crisis supported accommodation

Darwin

ermha365 provides 24/7 comprehensive psychosocial support to children and young people in crisis for short term periods. This can also include support in transitioning to NDIS services.

These programs are funded by the NT Government.

Crisis accommodation support referral requirements:

  • Adequate funding is to be provided to support the person referred safely on a 24/7 basis (sleepover or active night);
  • Referrals are given priority based upon complexity and urgency of need with a minimum period of 7 days being available for commencement within 24-48 hours;
  • Age range eligibility is considered upon referral. However, usually age 10 and upwards is considered for any NT Government Territory Families referrals;
  • Support is focused on psychosocial rehabilitation. Support scheduling includes ADLs such as school or vocational attendance with access to ermha365 vehicles also included with support provision;
  • Our housing can accommodate up to two participants as long as risk assessment and client matching considerations can be accommodated; and
  • We work from a trauma informed and family inclusive framework which is also culturally informed.
