Mental Health services

ermha365 provides a range of mental health services designed to help people experiencing mental health challenges to thrive in the community.

These mental health support services include:

Commonwealth Psychosocial Support (CPS)

CPS provides recovery support for adults with severe mental illness in Victoria, including the Psychosocial Support program, Continuity of Support, and Transition Support program.

Early Intervention Psychosocial Support Response (EIPSR)

EIPSR is a program providing a new support model for individuals receiving Adult Mental Health Services and who do not qualify for the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), or who have experienced a delay or difficulty in accessing the NDIS.

Residential support (PARC)

Short-stay 24-hour residential support is provided at two adult Prevention and Recovery Care (PARC) services located in South Yarra and Barwon. These PARCs offer residential treatment with a recovery focus.

Transport Accident Commission (TAC)

The TAC funds ermha365 to deliver psychosocial outreach and case management services to support the recovery of people involved in a motor vehicle accident.

Carer support

ermha365 has a longstanding commitment to supporting carers. Our organisation was founded by carers, and we have thousands of carers to ‘put themselves first’ with self-care strategies, peer support, education, information and social groups.

Mental Health and Wellbeing Hub

The Hub is a free service located in North Geelong and pop-up sites in towns across the region. We offer one-on-one and group support for people in the community and to build strengths within themselves.

Hive

Hive is a mental health program providing individual and group support to people in the Noble Park area. The aim is to provide an accessible and safe space for people to reconnect, learn new skills, develop healthy routines, and share lived experiences.
